Company's focus
The focus of our activities is the management advisory of German and Swiss medium-sized companies in corporate transactions, acquisitions, mergers between companies and real estate transactions. The tasks in this whole range are closely linked: Almost all of our clients (primarily SMEs) own real estate, the processes differ only in small details - But most time these are the critical aspects within a transaction. b56 has longstanding and close relations to the direct key persons of both institutional and private investors from both worlds.
Particularly noteworthy is our close cooperation with investors (private and institutional) primarily from the APAC Economic Area and United States of America. These investors have long-standing business relationships and direct access to decision-makers. In the APAC Economic Area, we have been working with our Chinese business partners for many years to provide access to direct decision-makers from both government and non-governmental investors.
